Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as cosmetics, skincare, hair care, nail products, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
